Co-Trainer – EAA Programme (Autoimmune-Related Imbalances)
Originally trained as an engineer, she began her professional transition in 2016 with a certificate in herbalism at ARH (Association pour le Renouveau de l’Herboristerie), where she learned how to identify and use medicinal plants and their various forms.
Following this training, and influenced by personal experiences and encounters during her studies, she realised that she lacked a truly holistic approach to accompany individuals. She therefore undertook training in naturopathy at CERFPA, which she completed in 2019, learning to consider the person as a whole and to explore underlying factors through nutrition, emotional balance and energy-based techniques such as reflexology and massage. She opened her naturopathy practice in 2020.
Through professional encounters, she discovered the Total Reset Method and decided to train in it at the end of 2020. Since then, she has continued to explore its potential in supporting balance and easing long-standing discomforts such as digestive issues, skin concerns and persistent pain.
Since 2022, she has worked almost exclusively with this method.
In 2023, she joined Michel Depeyrot as part of the training team, contributing to the transmission of his work and to the long-term development of the energetic immunotherapy approach, in line with ongoing scientific research.
