Nathalie Ruiz has been working in herbalism, naturopathy and energy-based approaches for over fifteen years. Passionate about medicinal plants, she has developed a practice focused on observation, holistic support and the transmission of knowledge. Based in the Briançon area, she also leads botanical walks and practical workshops centred on plant-based learning.
Trained in several recognised institutions — including the ARH School of Herbalism, CERFPA for naturopathy and NAET — she continues her professional development through specialised seminars. Her approach is grounded in an in-depth understanding of the body’s self-regulation capacities and the integration of a wide range of natural health techniques.
Since 2011, she has been actively involved in teaching herbalism at the ARH School, where she contributes to courses on medicinal plant applications. Her experience as a mountain guide since 1998 has also enriched her practical knowledge of botany, ecosystems and natural environments.
From 2013 onwards, she developed an in-depth naturopathy practice and progressively turned towards energy-based approaches. Trained in both the NAET and Total Reset methods, these approaches became central to her professional activity. Building on her clinical experience, she later joined the training team in Energetic Immunotherapy (ITE). Her teaching style, both supportive and structured, is characterised by clear pedagogy, enabling trainees to confidently understand and integrate complex concepts into their practice.
