Immerse yourself in the TRM method with the Immersion module, the first step in a structured, progressive and transformative learning pathway.
Over three intensive days, you will learn, among other things, how to identify and support reactions to allergens (food-related and environmental) using a precise and accessible energetic approach.
As the programme progresses, you will deepen your skills and move confidently towards mastering a powerful tool whose application extends far beyond allergy-related manifestations alone.

- Understanding the full structure of a session according to the Total Reset method
- Acquiring techniques to identify disruptive substances using neuro-muscular testing
- Releasing energetic blockages associated with allergens
- Assessing and adjusting the energetic terrain to help ease chronic discomforts
- Developing a professional practice by integrating support for allergy-related discomforts
- Integrating individual follow-up within a coherent and sustainable professional approach
Target audience
Who is this module for?
This module is intended for practitioners wishing to support people experiencing allergy-related discomforts, intolerances and various sensitivities.
It is open to professionals such as: doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, acupuncturists, naturopaths, kinesiologists, shiatsu practitioners, somatic therapists, etc.
A training certificate or diploma, as well as solid knowledge of anatomy and physiology, is required. A preliminary interview will be conducted to assess suitability and prerequisites.
Training content
During this training, you will explore in particular:
- Understanding the foundations of the Total Reset method and its energetic approach
- Defining the concept of allergy according to the TRM perspective
- Structure of a session:
- Using neuro-muscular testing to identify disruptive substances (allergens)
- Palpating and locating energetic stimulation points based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine
- Releasing the energetic impact of allergens through acupressure
- Using magnets to support and manage avoidance phases - Understanding the role of lectins and allergenic sub-components in inflammatory states
- Adapting the method to different audiences: children, people with reduced mobility, animals, self-sessions
- Integrating individual follow-up into a coherent and sustainable professional framework

Ongoing support offered free of charge via group Zoom meetings, with the option to ask questions by email or phone after the training. - Webinars organised 3 to 4 weeks after the training to support integration and address technical and practical questions.
- Training sessions take place in rooms equipped with meeting tables and massage tables.
Practical information, duration & accessibility
DURATION:
3 full days, equivalent to 21 hours of in-person training.
GROUP SIZE:
Each session includes between 10 and 18 participants to ensure personalised support.
SCHEDULE:
Day 1: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm = 7 hours
Day 2: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm = 7 hours
Day 3: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm = 7 hours
LOCATION:
Training sessions are offered in various cities: Lyon, Paris, Saint-Maurice (Switzerland).

MEALS:
Coffee breaks included. Lunch at the participant’s expense.
