This final module completes the foundational cycle of the Total Reset Method and concludes the 7 days of core training.

It enables practitioners to structure their sessions effectively by integrating both a global perspective (individual terrain) and specific issues (symptoms).

Obtaining the TRM Certificate validates this training pathway and provides practitioners with the tools to support their clients with greater confidence and accuracy. It also opens access to advanced training levels and specialised modules, allowing specific topics to be explored à la carte.

Skills developed

During this training, you will learn to:

  • Identify energetic blockages that may limit the overall effectiveness of the approach
  • Explore underlying causes of functional imbalances and associated symptoms
  • Apply a top-down regulatory approach to support natural detoxification processes
  • Integrate emotional intelligence and neurotransmitter dynamics into sessions
  • Develop appropriate digestive strategies, particularly in relation to gluten sensitivity
  • Define a relevant therapeutic objective based on a given concern
  • Conduct a second balancing process in parallel in a structured way
  • Adopt a professional posture and appropriate practitioner mindset aligned with the TRM method

Target audience

Who is this module for?

Module III – TRM Certificate is intended for TRM practitioners who have successfully completed Modules I and II of the Total Reset Method.

It is designed for those wishing to deepen their understanding of the method, validate their skills, and obtain the certificate issued by the ALLERGY FREE school as a TRM practitioner.

Training content

You will explore in particular:

  • The body’s detoxification mechanisms in response to viruses, heavy metals, and other disruptive substances
  • Structuring complex sessions by coordinating two complementary therapeutic components simultaneously
  • Identifying signs that an element may be missing, and possible combinations to readjust balancing
  • Mediators involved in allergy-like responses (histamine, oral allergy syndrome, atopic tendencies)
  • Integrating emotional intelligence and neurotransmitters into a global well-being approach
  • Supporting digestive discomforts, intolerances, and sensitivities (gluten, maize, inflammatory bowel sensitivities, etc.)
