Module objectives:

  • Understand the structure and flow of a Total Reset Method (TRM) session
  • Learn techniques for identifying substances that may disrupt the body’s balance
  • Acquire practical skills to help ease energy blockages associated with an allergen
  • Understand the importance of the individual terrain, how to assess it and how to support its adjustment to help ease long-term discomforts
  • Integrate individual follow-up into professional practice
  • Develop a viable and adapted professional activity focused on supporting people with sensitivities to allergens

Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance after validation of theoretical and practical learning outcomes.

  • Assessing an individual’s terrain in order to personalise support
  • Supporting increased tolerance to food and environmental factors

Target audience:

This module is intended for practitioners wishing to help ease discomforts related to allergies, intolerances and various types of reactivity. This includes, among others: doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, acupuncturists, naturopaths, kinesiologists, chiropractors, shiatsu practitioners, somatic therapists, etc.

Participating practitioners are required to provide a copy of their diploma or a certificate from their training school or centre, and to have a solid foundation in anatomy and physiology. A preliminary motivation interview by phone is offered.

Duration

The training lasts 3 full days, representing a total of 21 hours of in-person training.

Training content

Total Reset training content – Module I (3 days)

  • Introduction to the Total Reset Method and its foundations
  • Overview of allergies – definition of allergies according to the energetic approach of TRM
  • Learning the structure of a session, the stages of the first appointment, and the flow of subsequent sessions
    - Using neuromuscular testing to identify substances that may disrupt the body (allergens)
    - Palpation and identification of dorsal energy stimulation points
    - Techniques to help release energy blockages associated with an allergen
    - Identifying acupressure points around the body to encourage the circulation of information throughout the whole body
    - Use of magnets to support avoidance strategies
  • Understanding the importance of the terrain, how to assess it and how to support its adjustment to help ease long-term discomforts
  • Understanding the role and use of lectins in chronic inflammation, as well as sub-components of various allergens
  • Session formats adapted for children, people with reduced mobility, animals, or self-application
  • Strengthening a substance and how this is integrated into a session
  • Essential materials: allergen kits

Learning materials

  • Printed learning materials provided, complemented by a video presentation.
  • Training materials provided on the day of the course: a course manual, a notepad, a folder containing information documents for your practice, as well as a selection of essential vials.
  • Access to an online space reserved for practitioners, offering extensive documentation on topics related to hypersensitivities.
  • Free community space dedicated to practical questions and exchanges between practitioners.
  • Ongoing support offered free of charge via group Zoom meetings. Questions may also be submitted by email or phone after the training.
  • Webinars organised 3 to 4 weeks after the training to support integration and answer technical and practical questions from participants.
  • Training sessions take place in rooms equipped with meeting tables and massage tables.

    Fees & funding

    Early Bird rate: €580 incl. VAT for the 3 training days.
    A discount is offered for early registration (complete application and advance payment) at least one month before the start date of the training.
    Standard rate: €610 incl. VAT.

    Our training organisation has been Datadock certified since January 2018 and Qualiopi certified since November 2021.

    Each session includes between 8 and 20 participants.

    Day 2: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm = 7 hours of training
    Day 3: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm = 7 hours of training
